Weight Management Series
These programs allow participants to review various dieting plans/programs and learn how to choose one that best meets their individualized needs. Participants will gain insight into the fundamentals of nutrition and the importance of a well-balanced diet, as well as, ways to incorporate exercise into their day. Participants will explore their relationships with food and acquire hands-on techniques for changing habits. Further examples of these programs include:
