To ensure the program's success, it is imperative that your supervisors be trained to identify problems, intervene without creating liability, and to properly support the policy. It's important to select a service provider that will help your supervisors obtain the knowledge and skills that they need to uphold and implement the Drug-Free Workplace Program. Through our training program, supervisors will learn:

- Facts about commonly abused drugs and their impact on the workplace
- Signs and symptoms of substance abuse and addiction
- How to indentify performance problems and potential crisis situations
