Counseling
AssistNow offers free, confidential assessment and counseling services to covered employees and the members of their households. Services are provided by master level clinicians who have years of experience in individual, couple, family, and child counseling. Individuals can access services voluntarily or can be referred on a suggested or mandatory basis by management and/ or human resources personnel, when it appears that work performance is being impacted by personal or workplace challenges.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism and strive to make our services convenient. Our goal is to schedule each person seeking services within 24-48 hours of their call. We have ten locations, covering a vast area of Northeastern Ohio, so individuals can easily access services close to work or home.
AssistNow's clinicians provide solution focused counseling to assist individuals in resolving challenges related to their work and personal life including:

- Depression, anxiety, and other emotional difficulties
